you can choose a Scene, starting point, Traffic level and Vehicle for the gameplay, the gameplay is your basic driving simulator, and the gameplay is also open-ended, although if you don't turn on the indicators before turning or go over the speed limit, the game will remind you that you ignored it, and the game lacks a damage system, but you can flip your car and other cars over.
