SimCity 3000 is a 1999 city building simulation strategy game developed by Maxis, and published by Electronic Arts. It is the third game in the SimCity franchise. In this game, players can build large cities and have been introduced to landfill, farms, and agriculture. They can build many things and are in charge of it.
