Microsoft Edge (developed under the name "Project Spartan") is a Web browser that was developed alongside the development of Windows 10.

The Web Browser was released on Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, and Windows 10 Mobile. The Web Browser has a similar layout to later versions of Firefox. The browser doesn't support legacy technologies such as ActiveX and Browser Helper Objects, and instead uses an extension system. It also integrates with other Microsoft features such as Cortana and OneDrive.
