The Sega 32X, is an add-on to the Sega Genesis, which adds 32-bit capabilities to the Sega Genesis. Although, it was unsuccessful for a few reasons, one of which, the reception for it was pretty poor, mostly due to the fact, that the games "didn't seem too big of a step up from the Genesis", and the Sega Saturn was on the way as well.

Overview Edit

The way the 32X works, is that you plug it into the cartridge slot of the Genesis, and you plug the AC adopter into the wall, and the 32X also comes with another cord, which connects the 32X to the Genesis, if the cord isn't plugged in, the 32X games start showing up weird.
